Welcome to Vale Ragnarok! By registering, accessing, or playing on our server, you agree to the following terms. Read carefully before continuing.

🔐 1. Account Policy

- Only one account per player unless otherwise approved.
- You are responsible for your account. We are not liable for stolen items, account sharing issues, or scams.

👥 2. Player Conduct

You agree to treat other players with respect. The following are not allowed:

- Hate speech, bullying, discrimination, or harassment.
- Use of bots, macros, or any third-party tools.
- Bug abuse or exploiting unintended mechanics.
- Advertising other servers or using offensive character/guild names.
- Impersonating GMs or Staff.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans.

💸 3. Donations

- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Any rewards given are considered thank-you gifts, not purchases.
- Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban.

⚙️ 4. Server Access & Stability

- We aim for stability, but uptime is not guaranteed.
- Maintenance or unexpected issues may happen without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to modify or shut down the server at any time.

👨‍💼 5. GM & Staff Policy

- Staff actions (bans, mutes, rewards, etc.) are final.
- Staff will never ask for your password.
- Harassing or disrespecting Staff will not be tolerated.
- Constructive suggestions are welcome via our Discord or ticket system.

⚖️ 6. Legal & Ownership

- Vale Ragnarok is a fan project and has no affiliation with Gravity Co., Ltd.
- All Ragnarok Online content belongs to their respective copyright holders.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the server after updates means you agree to the new rules.
